The 4,000-square-meter, three-story property sits on a 9,000-square-meter plot right on the beach on Marbella’s popular promenade. Despite this, prying eyes can hardly see anything of the building from the promenade thanks to the carefully selected and large-grown, lush vegetation. The monumental property can provide perfect coexistence for several generations of a larger family with its 12 bedrooms and 19 bathrooms.

The huge building includes sumptuous ancient tree gardens decorated with fountains, palm trees, small garden walkways, and corners decorated with sculptures. The specialty of the outdoor pool is that huge pieces of rock decorate one side, and its size is perfect for swimming. Even in the winter or on rainy days, the residents here do not have to give up on swimming, the indoor, heated pool takes care of this, and the sauna also contributes to the pleasant pastime on these cooler days. Those who love exercise have their own gym, and for entertainment and evening relaxation, the own cinema room can be an excellent choice.

In several places in the garden, we can find mosaics made of small pebbles on the floor, which show wonderful shapes. Furnished in a classic style, the villa boasts the most unique luxury decorative elements, and you can enjoy the unique sea view from most of the rooms. For the comfortable accommodation of the guests, a separate apartment belongs to the property, in addition, a completely separate part of the apartment provides housing for the service staff.

The villa is decorated in terracotta color, the monumental interior has large chandeliers, giant carpets, and huge curtains that make the atmosphere even more special. From the palatial foyer, a flight of stairs leads up to the first floor, where the elegant bedrooms open. High ceilings decorated with beams and ceiling parts made of glass create a feeling of spaciousness.
